The Magnificent 7.In your wallet.
Hold the token. Every trade buys all seven stocks and credits your share to your wallet.
MAG7 is a meme. There is no fund, no manager, no NAV and no promise that any of it keeps working. Buy it for the mechanism, not as an investment.

The Stocks Vault buys the seven tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain and credits every eligible holder pro rata. Those tokens are yours to claim at any time, and flap.sh's bot claims them for you, gas paid, once your pending balance is large enough.

Nobody picks winners.
The tax is meant to land on all seven in equal parts, never concentrated in whichever one is running. Equal parts is how the vault was configured at launch, and it is our intent rather than something the contract enforces: flap.sh's Stocks Vault selects which assets it holds and exposes no per-asset weight.

The 7.0% above is MAG7's tax, and 100% of it is what buys stock. flap.sh charges its own fees on top of it and keeps them: 1.0% on trades against the bonding curve, which stops applying once the token graduates to Uniswap V2, and up to 0.3% as a protocol fee on tax tokens. Neither reaches the Stocks Vault. They are listed here so a reader who works the total out finds them acknowledged rather than missing.
Separately, 10.0% per side is the ceiling flap.sh places on any tax token it launches. It is a property of their contract, not a promise from us: we are not claiming this rate is immutable, and flap.sh publishes no such guarantee.
The seven were chosen once, in flap.sh's Stocks Vault configuration, from the assets it accepts. What the vault buys are tokenized stocks issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited: debt securities that track a price. Holding MAG7 does not make anyone a shareholder in any of these companies and carries no shareholder rights.
How a trade becomes stock.
Three stages, and every one of them runs on flap.sh's contracts rather than ours. We deploy nothing and we run no keeper. That is the trade this design makes: less of it is ours to control, and less of it is ours to promise.
Tax
Every buy and every sell pays 7.0%: on the bonding curve before graduation, and in the Uniswap V2 pool after it. All of it routes to flap.sh's Stocks Vault. Nothing is burned, nothing is added to liquidity, nothing is paid out in a substitute asset.
7.0% / 7.0%
on every buy, and on every sell
Buy
A keeper spends it on the seven tokenized stocks, one equal part each, and the vault mints a basket token sized to what it actually bought and deposits that into flap.sh's Dividend contract. The buying is keeper-driven and permissionless. flap.sh publishes no schedule for it, so this page states none.
1.0%
of every trade, per stock
Claim
The deposit credits every holder of at least 77,777 MAG7, pro rata. Below that an address is not credited at all. The basket token unwraps when it moves, so a claim delivers the seven stock tokens themselves and never the wrapper. flap.sh runs a bot that makes the call and pays the gas once a holder's pending balance passes $4.00, and a holder can claim manually at any time with no minimum.
77,777
MAG7 minimum, or nothing is credited
One tax stream into the Stocks Vault. 7 equal buys out, one per stock.
7.0% in, 1.0% per stock
7% on every buy and every sell. All of it buys these seven, 1.0% of the trade each by design, and the stock tokens are credited to holders.
We do not run any of this.
MAG7 was launched through flap.sh. Its contracts take the tax, its vault buys the stocks and its Dividend contract credits holders. We deployed none of it and we operate none of it.
MAG7
Launched through flap.sh
- The tax is collected by flap's contracts. We hold no wallet it passes through.
- Both rates were set once in flap's launch form. We hold no key that moves them.
- flap's Stocks Vault buys the stocks. We never hold them, and we never pick the moment.
- What reaches you is the stock tokens themselves, not a receipt for them.
- Your withdrawal can be called by anyone, and flap runs a bot that calls it. The stock lands in your wallet, never the caller's.
A team-run tax token
What you are assuming this is
- The tax lands in a wallet the team controls.
- The team can move the rate, and exempt whoever it likes from paying it.
- A treasury someone has to remember to spend, and could spend elsewhere.
- You are paid in the project's own token, or in a claim on one.
- You wait on a dashboard the team maintains, for as long as they maintain it.
This cuts both ways, and the second half is the part usually left out. Handing the mechanism to flap removes our discretion over it, and it removes our standing to promise anything flap has not written down. That is why nothing on this page states a schedule, and why nothing on it calls the rate frozen: flap documents neither, and asserting them would quietly hand the discretion back. Every line above is checkable in flap's documentation.
The numbers, set at launch.
Every figure here is entered once, into flap.sh's launch form, before the token exists. We deploy no contract of our own and hold no key that could move any of them afterwards.

Hold fewer MAG7 than this and you are not credited at all.
Fixed by flap.sh at launch. No new tokens can be made.
Where MAG7 trades
MAG7 opens on flap.sh's bonding curve on Robinhood Chain. Once the curve fills it graduates to a Uniswap V2 pool on that same chain. One chain, one token, no bridge - and the tax applies in both phases.
Not trading yet.
The awkward questions.
Including the ones where the honest answer is not in your favour. Where flap publishes no guarantee, this page states none rather than filling the gap in with something reassuring.
Can the team change the tax, or take the money?
No, and not because we promised not to. The tax is collected by flap's contracts rather than ours: there is no fee wallet of ours for it to land in, and no key of ours that moves the rate. Both sides were set once in flap's launch form, 7.0% on buys and 7.0% on sells, and we have had no reach into them since. What we will not tell you is that the rate is therefore immutable. flap publishes no such guarantee, so this page does not invent one on its behalf.
Do I have to claim?
Usually not. What you are credited sits as a pro-rata balance in flap's Dividend contract until a withdrawal is called for your address, and that call is open to anyone: a stranger can pay the gas and the tokens still land in your wallet, never in theirs. flap runs a bot that makes the call automatically once your pending balance is worth more than $4, and it pays that gas. Below the threshold nothing is lost - it stays credited to you, and you can call the withdrawal yourself at any time, with no minimum.
What do I actually receive?
The stock tokens themselves. flap's Stocks Vault mints a basket token in order to credit holders, but that token unwraps when it moves, so what arrives are the 7 underlying tokenized stocks as separate balances and never the basket token. There is no wrapper to redeem and no fund unit to sell on.
What if I hold less than 77,777 MAG7?
Then you are not credited at all. 77,777 is the minimum holder balance we set at launch, and an address below it is skipped when holders are credited rather than queued behind them. Five addresses are excluded whatever they hold: the token contract, the burn address, the Dividend contract, the Tax Processor, and any registered trading pool. If you are anywhere near that line, it is the number on this page that matters most to you.
Is this a fund, or a security?
MAG7 is a meme token. There is no fund, no manager, no NAV and nobody managing anything on your behalf. The stock tokens it buys are a separate matter and worth reading properly: they are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that track the price of the underlying stock. Holding one is not holding equity in the company, and it carries no shareholder rights.
Is Robinhood involved?
Not with MAG7. Robinhood Markets operates Robinhood Chain and Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited issues the stock tokens the vault buys - but deploying to the chain is permissionless, and buying a token someone has issued is not a relationship with them. Nothing here has been reviewed, endorsed or approved by Robinhood, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
MAG7 is a meme. There is no fund, no manager and no NAV, and nothing on this page is a promise that any of it keeps working. Buy it for the mechanism, not as an investment.
